I hereby certify that the Chaplin photographs I am purchasing will be for home and personal use only, and will not be used for any commercial purpose. Should I wish to publish the documents in any publication (other than in a university thesis for in-house university publication requirements) I will submit a request for publication in writing and understand that such request may be refused at the discretion of the owners.

I confirm that the documents are the property and/or copyright of Roy Export Company Establishment or Roy Export S.A.S.I certify that any photographs that I will receive in an electronic format are for my own personal use and that they will not be made available by me or any person or entity connected to me on the internet nor sent by email by me to any third party.
